Membership Options

$170 per month, not only the best value, but the most logical option. Building skill in grappling takes a significant time commitment. Early termination fees apply. 

$200 per month. No contract, 30 day cancellation notice required.

$350 per month. 1 year commitment only, includes all household members, kids and adults. 

We love supporting our local law enforcement agencies however we can. We take great pride in providing training to help keep our officers and civilian community safe. Please message us for details. 

We have no color or patch restrictions. Athletes are responsible for the purchase of their own gis. We have loaner gis athletes can borrow and hold onto while waiting for the arrival of their uniforms. Athletes are responsible for washing the loaner gi in between every training session and returning the loaner gi. 

Under reasonable circumstances, we may place memberships on temporary holds to accommodate life events. We try our best to work with everyone.

Unpaid memberships will be sent email and text reminders, followed by awkward in-person conversations. Please make sure your payment methods are up to date so the gym can pay the bills. Thank you. 

Free trials are for local residents only, limit of two.

Out of town visitors are welcome to pay a drop-in fee which goes to athlete sponsorships for competitions.

Adults - it is most ideal for beginners is to attend our basics class. But if scheduling is a conflict, we can make any class work. 

Ages 8-13 - depending on physical size and maturity level, kids in the older range of this age group may be eligible to join our adults. 

Ages 4-7 - ages listed are suggestions. Maturity levels differ for everyone, some 4 year olds are ready for our class structure, some need more time before they join.

Please indicate on the waiver your experience level and how you heard about us. You will then receive an email confirming your free trial class. Do not show up to class without completing our waivers.

• Gi classes - we have a loaner gi you may borrow
• Nogi classes - shorts and a t-shirt may be worn, no zippers and non-baggy so fingers don’t get tangled
• A water bottle is suggested
• Please arrive clean and with fingernails trimmed

1 Thermold Drive, Manlius, NY. Drive to the end of the building and look for the blue exterior. You may park in front, on the side, or across the street. Please do not block any garage doors. 

Arrive 5-10 minutes early. Late arrivals will be rescheduled. No call/no shows will not be rescheduled. Time is the most valuable commodity, please respect ours as we respect yours. Walk past our front desk to our mat area and someone will get you settled!
