Gi jiu-jitsu - kimono is required, no color or patch restrictions.
Main focus is on skill acquisition for modern, competition-style (IBJJF centric) jiu-jitsu.
Topics covered include top and bottom positions, takedowns, and submissions. Each class builds off the last, forming a block of related lessons.
General class format: warmup (if required), technique, situationals, Q&A & troubleshooting, and open rolling.
Nogi - shorts and a form fitting t-shirt or rashguard is required.
Main focus is on modern, competition style (both points and sub-only) submissions grappling.
Topics will compliment the gi classes and class format is similar.

All experience levels welcome, ideal for newer grapplers. This slower paced class focuses on fundamental concepts and techniques geared towards beginners.
General class format: discussion, technique, Q&A, and optional live rolling.

This course uses a research-based approach to empower women with basic self-defense tactics, prevention and deescalation strategies, while also focusing on sport jiu-jitsu.
Taught by women in a safe and supportive environment.

Focus is on fun, games, movements, building confidence, and a love for being on the mat.

Focus is on a balance between fun and productivity. In this age group, we begin to compete in tournaments (optional) while continuing to build a foundation of technique and confidence.

Our kids and adult teams compete year round at local, national, and world level tournaments with immense success. We run dedicated competition preparations to peak for these events.

All skill levels welcome. This is a block of time without instruction. Can be utilized for whatever the athlete decides to focus on, generally used as time for open rolls. Drop-in fee required for non members.

Clear Vision Judo under Coach Christian Voelk presents a high‑energy progressive Judo class designed for teens and adults who want to build strength, confidence, and real grappling skill. Training blends traditional techniques with modern competition‑style Judo, featuring warm‑ups, stretching, drills, and hands‑on practice that help students improve safely and quickly.
Participants train in a Gi and belt while learning discipline, respect, and teamwork.
